Meet The Team

Admitted to the Bar in 2002. He Graduated from the University of Ghana, first in 1993 In Business Administration and then in Banking & Finance and later in 2002 with an MBA. Called to the Bar after a two-year qualifying with a Preliminary Law Certificate and professional law course at the Ghana School of Law.

He has also attended the Alliance Française d’Accra for advance proficiency certificate in French and the Goethe Institut for Practical German. He also attended the Ghana Institute of Journalism for course in Public Relations.

Bridget is a lawyer with seventeen (17) years of experience and a Partner at our firm.

She earned her LL.B. degree from the University of Ghana in 2001 and subsequently attended the Ghana School of Law for her professional legal training.

After being called to the Bar in 2003, Bridget began her legal career in the Civil Division of the Attorney-General’s Chambers, where she served as a State Attorney.

In 2008, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Commercial Law from the Birmingham Law School, University of Birmingham, UK.

Bridget specializes in corporate and commercial law and currently leads the firm’s Oil and Gas and Mining Team.

Akosua Mensah was admitted to the Bar in 2015 after completing her professional law course at the Ghana School of Law. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree followed by a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana.

Before joining the firm, Akosua worked as an Associate at two reputable law firms in Accra.

She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and focuses her practice on Corporate and Commercial Law, Oil & Gas, Contract Law, and Investment Law.

Kwame Kwakye has been a member of the Ghana Bar Association since 2020 when he was called to the Bar.

He graduated from the University of Ghana School of Law in 2018 with his Bachelor of Laws and then proceeded to the Ghana School of Law, where he qualified for his call to the Bar.

Kwame Kwakye worked with the Judicial Service of Ghana in Accra before joining our firm where he is currently a member of our Oil & Gas and Natural Resources Team.

Admitted to the Bar in 2019, Emmanuel Boateng has been an Associate at our firm since successfully completing his pupillage. Before his call to the Bar, he graduated with honors in Bachelor of Laws from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and subsequently attended the Ghana School of Law.

Emmanuel is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Judith Osei has been a member of the Ghana Bar Association since 2012, when she was called to the Bar.

She graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2009 with a Bachelor of Laws degree and subsequently attended the Ghana School of Law, where she qualified for her call to the Bar.

Before joining our firm, Judith worked with two reputable law firms in Accra. She is now a valued member of our Oil & Gas and Natural Resources Team.
